Trade licences, government registrations, attestations, handled.
ClearPass handles the corporate-side government work that keeps your trade licence current, your registrations live, your Emiratisation compliance on track, and your free-zone transactions moving. Mainland and free zone, single-entity and multi-entity groups, with one named PRO team holding every transaction from filing to issuance and beyond.
The full corporate PRO function, from licence renewal to attestation.
Corporate PRO work moves on the licence's calendar, not yours. A trade licence expiring mid-October cannot wait for November. A new establishment card cannot wait for a new hire's start date. A free-zone amendment cannot wait for the next board meeting. ClearPass runs the corporate-side government function as a centralised specialist practice, with the relationships and procedures to clear submissions on first attempt, not after corrections.
Most clients use ClearPass for the full corporate function, every transaction, every renewal, every amendment. Some use us for specific projects: a new entity formation, a trademark filing, an annual Chamber of Commerce renewal. The model fits both.
- Trade licence renewals, amendments and new applications across mainland and free zones
- Establishment card & labour file registration and maintenance with MOHRE
- Memorandum of Association amendments and shareholder changes
- Chamber of Commerce membership registration and renewal
- VAT & corporate tax registrations with the Federal Tax Authority
- Document attestation and translations through MOFA, embassies, notary public and approved translation centres
- Free zone authority transactions across DMCC, DIFC, ADGM, JAFZA and others
- Emiratisation compliance support under NAFIS and related federal programmes
Six functional areas of corporate PRO work, under one practice.
Corporate PRO work spans many touchpoints: federal authorities, Emirate-level departments, free-zone authorities, banks, notaries, and embassies. We track every transaction centrally so nothing slips between departments and no deadline reaches you as a surprise.
Trade Licence Management
Applications, renewals, amendments and activity additions. Coordinated with the Department of Economic Development in each Emirate and the relevant free zone authorities. Renewal calendars tracked centrally so no licence lapses.
Memorandum & Ownership
MOA amendments, shareholder changes, capital increases, ownership transfers, and dissolution. Coordinated with notary public, courts, and the relevant registration authorities across mainland and free zones.
Government Registrations
Chamber of Commerce membership, Ministry of Economy registrations, Federal Tax Authority VAT and corporate tax registrations, and other federal and emirate-level registrations as required by your business activity.
Free Zone Transactions
Establishment, renewal, and amendment transactions across UAE free zones including DMCC, DIFC, ADGM, JAFZA, DIC, DMC and others. Each free zone has its own portal, document standards and processing rules. We work to them directly.
Attestations & Translations
Document attestation through MOFA, embassies, and notary public. Certified Arabic and English translations through approved translation centres. For corporate documents going abroad, or foreign documents being recognised in the UAE.
Emiratisation Compliance
Registration with NAFIS, quota management, Emirati hire reporting, and compliance support under the federal Emiratisation programme. Tracked alongside establishment card, labour file, and workforce planning.
Corporate compliance is calendar-driven. The renewal date does not negotiate. We start six weeks early, every time.
Built for every business structure UAE companies operate in.
Single mainland entities, free-zone companies, multi-entity holding structures, branches and representative offices. The model fits every shape and scales with you.
Single-entity businesses
One trade licence, one registered office, one set of corporate transactions per cycle. We hold the file, track the renewal calendar, and execute every transaction the licence calls for through its lifetime. Annual renewals, one-off amendments, establishment card updates, attestation of board resolutions.
Multi-entity groups
Holding companies with multiple operating subsidiaries, often across mainland and free zones. We coordinate corporate transactions across entities, manage staggered renewal calendars, and produce consolidated reporting for the group's finance and legal teams. One named PRO contact for the whole group, not one per subsidiary.
Branches and free-zone entities
Branch offices, representative offices, and free-zone-only structures. Each free zone has its own rules, portals, and processing standards. We work to them directly, and translate between mainland and free-zone procedures where group structures require it.
Process, pricing and reporting, spelled out before signing.
Every ClearPass engagement starts with a written engagement letter setting out scope, pricing, expected turnaround times, and the responsibilities split between your team and ours. No surprises after invoicing.
Process
After the initial consultation, we issue a written engagement letter setting out scope, pricing, turnaround time commitments, and the responsibilities split. For ongoing PRO support, we set up renewal calendars within the first week from your current trade licence, establishment card and registration dates. For one-off projects such as new entity formation, MOA amendments or trademark filings, we scope and price each individually so you can model the cost in advance.
Pricing
Two pricing models for corporate PRO work. Per-transaction pricing for one-off projects such as new establishment, trademark filing, or MOA amendment. Annual retainer pricing for ongoing PRO support, including all renewals and routine transactions within a defined scope. Government fees are billed at cost without mark-up. Both models are written into the engagement letter at the outset, with clear thresholds for what's in scope and what would be billed separately.
Reporting and visibility
Each client account has a real-time view of the corporate calendar: licence expiry dates, registration renewals, amendment requests in progress, and outstanding items. Our AI-enabled approach improves document handling, workflow tracking, and process visibility, which means a trade licence expiring in eight weeks surfaces on a dashboard, not in a panicked email. Monthly summary reports cover transactions completed, transactions in flight, and the upcoming renewal calendar. Year-end summaries support audit and group compliance reporting.
