Visa Management Service

Employment visas, PRO services, and everything between.

Visa work is high-volume, document-heavy and unforgiving when it goes wrong. ClearPass runs it as a centralised specialist practice across MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Tasheel and Amer, with one named account manager holding your file from first application to final settlement. The detail below sets out what is in scope, which government bodies are involved, and how the engagement actually runs day to day.

Visa & PRO Full UAE
What We Cover

The full UAE employment visa lifecycle, under one roof.

We handle the complete chain of work that surrounds an employment visa, not just the application itself. New issuances, renewals, cancellations, sponsor transfers, and all the supporting government processes that connect them. The administrative weight of running a UAE workforce sits with us. The decisions stay with you.

Most clients use ClearPass for their full workforce, with rolling renewal calendars and cancellation coordination managed centrally. Some use us only for specific case types. The per-application pricing fits either model.

  • New employment visa applications across all worker categories
  • Visa renewals with proactive ninety-day renewal calendar
  • Visa cancellations coordinated with EOSB and final settlement
  • Sponsor transfers between companies, with parallel cancellation and reissue
  • Emirates ID issuance, renewal and tracking
  • Labour card processing and renewal coordination
  • Medical fitness appointment scheduling at accredited centres
  • Quota management and trade licence coordination across emirates
Government Bodies in Scope

Multiple federal and emirate-level authorities. One point of contact for you.

Visa work in the UAE is distributed across several federal and emirate-level authorities, each with its own procedures, portals and timelines. We hold the relationships and the workflows centrally, so you deal with one named account manager regardless of which body the work touches.

01

MOHRE

The federal Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation. Primary authority for private-sector employment in the UAE: work permits, employment contracts, labour cards, quota approvals and WPS compliance oversight.

02

ICP

Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security. Handles residency visas and Emirates ID at the federal level, including the underlying biometric and identity records that sit beneath every residency application.

03

GDRFA

General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs. The emirate-level residency authority, with offices across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the other emirates handling residency stamping and entry permits.

04

Tasheel

The MOHRE-accredited typing centre network where employment-related applications are formally prepared and submitted. We handle the document preparation and queue management on your behalf so you never see a typing centre.

05

Amer

GDRFA-Dubai’s residency service centre network. The primary processing channel for residency-side work for employees sponsored by Dubai-licensed entities.

06

Medical Fitness Centres

DHA-accredited centres in Dubai, SEHA in Abu Dhabi, and equivalent accredited facilities in the other emirates. Required for the medical fitness testing that precedes every residency visa issuance.

Operating Principle

We treat every visa file as an asset, not a backlog. Every application tracked. Every renewal calendared ninety days out. Every cancellation coordinated with the settlement payroll.

Workforce Coverage

Built for any workforce shape UAE businesses operate.

The model and the per-application pricing scale both ways. We handle high-volume blue-collar deployments, single specialist hires, and everything in between under the same workflow and the same compliance discipline.

Workforce Categories
3
From large blue-collar deployments to single specialist hires. Three core categories, one workflow that fits all three.
Coverage Full Range

Large-volume blue-collar workforces

Construction crews, facility management teams, hospitality and food-service staff, logistics workforces. We handle batch onboarding when a project ramps up, batch renewals managed through a quarterly calendar, and batch offboarding coordinated with the final settlement payroll. Per-application pricing keeps the unit cost predictable as workforce size scales, and volume thresholds trigger discounts that are written into the engagement letter at the outset.

Skilled and specialist hires

Engineering professionals, healthcare specialists, finance and technology roles. Higher document complexity, often more attestation work, but lower volume per case. We hold the supporting document checklists for the most common professional categories so applications are ready to submit on the first attempt rather than bounced back for missing certificates or signatures.

Single hires and domestic workers

One employment visa is the same amount of work for us, from a process standpoint, as a hundred. We do not have minimum engagement sizes. Domestic workers, family-sponsored hires, and one-off business hires are handled with the same workflow and the same named-manager model as larger client accounts.

How the Engagement Runs

Process, pricing and reporting, spelled out before signing.

Every ClearPass engagement starts with a written engagement letter that sets out scope, pricing, expected turnaround times, and the responsibilities split between your team and ours. No surprises after invoicing.

Process

After the initial consultation, we issue a written engagement letter setting out scope, per-application pricing, expected turnaround times, and the responsibilities split between your team and ours. Going live typically takes one to four weeks, depending on the number of employees involved and the complexity of any in-flight applications we are inheriting from a previous provider or in-house PRO.

For new applications, standard MOHRE processing runs 5 to 10 working days for initial approval, with a further 3 to 5 working days for Emirates ID issuance. Variations by nationality and document readiness are flagged upfront so the timeline communicated to your hiring manager is realistic.

Pricing

Per-application for visa services, per-employee-per-month for ongoing tracking services such as Emirates ID renewal calendaring and labour card monitoring. Government fees are invoiced at cost with the official receipts attached. No mark-ups. Volume discounts apply above defined thresholds, with the schedule written into the engagement letter at the outset so you can model the cost of a growing workforce in advance.

Reporting and visibility

Each client account has a real-time view of every visa file with status flags, document checklists, and the upcoming renewal calendar. An AI-enabled approach improves document handling, workflow tracking, renewal reminders, and process visibility. So a labour card expiring in six weeks surfaces on a dashboard, not in a panicked email.
